At J&J Furniture, we strive for our customers to have an excellent experience in every phase of their furniture buying experience. Unlike many of our competitors, our customer care is based locally to see that all of your furniture needs and concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.

Information regarding Warranties from Manufacturers
- We offer a limited manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser, which will vary according to the brand and model.
- Warranties only cover defects in workmanship and construction that occur under normal use and care.
- Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or merchandise subjected to misuse, negligence or accidents.
- Warranties are for residential use only. They do not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
- Warranty claims in regard to your merchandise or delivery must be reported to our customer care center within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
- We reserve the right to have a certified service technician evaluate and/or repair any defects before further action is taken.
- At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective merchandise.
- All accounts with J&J must be current to receive service.

Guardsman Gold Furniture Protection Plan
Manufacturer warranties are limited to factory defect and are for a limited period of time. To protect your investment, J&J offers a 5 year supplemental furniture warranty plan from Guardsman that can be purchased before your furniture is delivered to your home. This extended warranty plan provides comprehensive coverage to protect your new furniture against everyday household accidents. The Guardsman Gold Plan covers wood furniture, upholstered fabric furniture, leather furniture, and mattresses. The protection plan allows you to live with the furniture you love — without worry.

To be covered under the Guardsman Gold Plan, any covered damage must be reported within 5 business days of the date that the damage occurred. A service request can be filed with Guardsman on their website at www.guardsman.com or by calling (877) 584-GOLD. You will need your Guardsman Service Contract and your original sales invoice to file the request.
Guardsman Mattress Protectors
Protect your new mattress set from spills, stains, and damage. Also, protect your valuable mattress warranty. Many of our quality Restonic mattress sets carry a 15 year non-prorated warranty. The warranty from the manufacturer is voided if there are any stains or spills on the mattress. This warranty policy is the same for all major bedding manufacturers. Guardsman Mattress Protectors are guaranteed to protect your mattress and your warranty.

The best way to protect your dining table is with a table pad. Our protective table pads protect your table against heat, spills, and scratches. Our pads are custom-made to fit your table.
